BACARDI Cocktail

BACARDI Cocktail Ingredients 2 parts BACARDI Superior Rum 2/3 part lime juice 1/4 part Pomegranate grenadine (ideally Monin) Preserved cherry (optional) A few cubes of ice Small scoop of crushed ice Shaker Cocktail glass Hawthorne strainer (link to description) Fine Strainer (link to description) Cocktail shaker Directions Step 1: Put all the ingredients into a shaker. Step 2: Add 1/2 cubed ice and 1/2 crushed ice. Step 3: Shake that thing Tom Cruise style until it feels frozen. Step 4: Double strain into a chilled or frozen cocktail glass. 1 oz. ginger ale
1 oz. cranberry juice
Shake with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a cherry.
