BACARDI Cocktail

BACARDI Cocktail Ingredients 2 parts BACARDI Superior Rum 2/3 part lime juice 1/4 part Pomegranate grenadine (ideally Monin) Preserved cherry (optional) A few cubes of ice Small scoop of crushed ice Shaker Cocktail glass Hawthorne strainer (link to description) Fine Strainer (link to description) Cocktail shaker Directions Step 1: Put all the ingredients into a shaker. Step 2: Add 1/2 cubed ice and 1/2 crushed ice. Step 3: Shake that thing Tom Cruise style until it feels frozen. Step 4: Double strain into a chilled or frozen cocktail glass. Step 5: Garnish with a preserved cherry. Lookin' good! Recommended glassware Cocktail

 2 oz. Three Olives Bubble
1 oz. ginger ale
1 oz. cranberry juice
Shake with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a cherry.

 

Peppermint Patty Martini

Saturday February 13th is National Peppermint Patty Day
Enjoy a Peppermint Patty Martini

1 ½ ounces vodka
1 ½ ounces creme de menthe
2 ¼ ounces Creme de Cacao
¾ ounce Kahlua
ice

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in shaker.
Strain and serve in chilled martini glass (easy way to chill a martini glass is to let it sit a couple of minutes with ice water in it).

You will not get closer to a peppermint patty flavor than this.
Enjoy.

I had this for desert last night and just had to share, Totally recommend!
1 part Three Olives Chocolate Vodka
1 part Three Olives Cherry Vodka
1 Part white creme de cacao
splash grenadine

Shake with ice and stain into a chilled martini glass form After5 Gifts. Garnish with a cherry. Enjoy

National Peach Melba Day - January 13th

In honor of National Peach Melba Day January 13th
Peach Melba Martini

• 1 1/2 oz Vanilla Vodka
• 1 oz Peach Liqueur
• 1 oz Raspberry Liqueur
• 1/2 oz  Heavy Cream
• Whipped Cream and Peach Slice for Garnish

Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled halfway with ice.  Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass or champagne flute.  Top with a spoonful of whipped cream and slice of peach.

Jan 9th National Apricot Day

Apricot Martini Mix

1.5 shots of Gin
1 shot of Apricot Brandy
0.75 shots of Water
0.25 shots of Lemon Juice
0.125 shots of Grenadine
3 dashes of Old Fashioned Bitters

Shake

Add all the ingredients to the mixing tin, add lots of ice, shake thoroughly and strain.

Pour

Serve in a Martini glass and garnish with a lemon zest twist.
